Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating an account as a donor, orphanage or partner costs nothing.
Does money pass through this website?
Not yet. A pledge is a promise recorded against a specific need, so the orphanage and our team can see support building up. You and the orphanage can then agree how the gift is sent using the built-in messages, and the team is there to help.
How do you know an orphanage is genuine?
Every orphanage must give its official registration number and upload verification documents. Our team reviews them, and may ask for more information, before the orphanage appears to donors.
Why does my donor account need approval?
To keep children’s homes safe. Only accounts our team has reviewed can browse orphanage profiles and message them.
