What donors ask us
Which currency do I pledge in?
Pledges are recorded in Central African CFA francs (XAF), starting from 500 XAF. You can note a preferred payment method such as MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money in your profile.
Can I give more than once to the same need?
Yes. Each pledge adds to the need until its goal is reached.
Will the home know who I am?
Yes, unless you choose to hide your name when pledging. Homes can only start a conversation with donors who gave under their own name.
How long does approval take?
We review donor accounts as quickly as we can. Message the team from your Messages page if you are waiting.
Your gift can reach a child by name.
