What you need

Have these ready

  • Your home’s official registration number
  • At least one verification document (for example your registration certificate or the director’s ID), as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 3 MB
  • The number of children in your care
  • A contact person and phone number
  • A short story: what you do and who you care for

Optional but helpful: a profile photo, your capacity, and a payment account for gifts.

The verification process

What happens after you submit

  1. You complete the checklist

    Your portal shows exactly what is still missing. Submit only unlocks when every required item is done.

  2. We review

    Our team checks your documents and details. You will see the status in your portal.

  3. We may ask questions

    If something is unclear we ask for more information, and you can update and resubmit.

  4. You go live

    Verified homes appear to approved donors and partners, and can start receiving pledges and messages.

Protecting the children

We never ask you to upload children's personal files. Please do not post children's full names, identity documents or sensitive details in your story or photos. Read our safeguarding and privacy promise.

Is there a fee?

No. Registering and being listed is free.

We are not officially registered yet. Can we join?

Not yet. We can only list officially registered homes. Contact the team if you need to ask about your situation.

How do we receive the gifts?

Pledges are recorded on the site. You and the donor agree how the gift is sent using the built-in messages, with the team available to help.
